Love this place. Food is good, employees are friendly, and service is fast. Need to add alcohol to the menu though! 😛

Carlos is the best server

They have pretty good food compared to other Mexican restaurants. Although they stay fairly busy, I have never had to wait very long to be served. They have a ton of employees (about 5-7 working on the floor at one time), but good luck getting any of them to pay attention to you. You almost have to yell and wave at them for them to come to your table. Still definitely worth it to eat here.

This was our first time here. We were in the area for work. My shrimp were overcooked, but everyone else's food was wonderful. The chips and salsa were great and the server was very attentive. I would go again and order something else 😊

Celebrated my daughters birthday here! She enjoyed it but could have been a little more friendly and helpful. Other than that, usually great food and good times here.

Today was my son's 9th birthday and we decided to eat at the Mexican restaurant. The staff and employees were absolutely amazing and so attentive. They sing Happy Birthday to my little guy and he just thought that was the best thing ever. I asked him during dinner what was his favorite part of the day. To my surprise he said spending time with you and my brother made me happier then any birthday party in the world. The food was amazing and I have no complaints. I absolutely love Hacienda and would highly recommend it to anyone who has never ate there before. It is very authentic and amazing Mexican food.

I was done eating and my friend still didn’t have her food after a hour this place had horrible people and they asked her 4 times “what did you order” 🤮

They are so rude. When you ask a question they act like you don’t even exist.

This use to be my husband's & I favorite Mexican place. Always had fast service, great food. Until we BOTH got food poisoned there in Jan 18'. I almost literally died. There's a server there I'm not sure of his name but he's always gave us a weird vibe to say the least. That day in particular he kept watching us eat with a grin on his face. Almost like he knew he done something to our food & was enjoying us eating it. We haven't ate there since then.

Service was good, food was pretty good. Didn't blow me away. They don't several alchol!! Margarita's is a must in a Mexican restaurant!! It's just needs updated, maybe.

Great food and service

This place was great at one time, the manager that was here quit and it’s been going down hill fast!!!! My son and I both got food poison from here our last visit, we was in bed for 3 days. I was so sick I seriously thought I was going to die!!! I was also told by a employee that they have cameras in the dinning area and when a girl with a dress comes in they set her in a certain place so they can go in the back and look up there dress. These guys are sick nasty people and need shut down.

For the area it is great mainly because it is the only Mexican food around! Service is good. Staff is friendly, prices are fair. Food is good but not the best I have had.

I paid them $71.24 to give me food poisoning.

I have been to many many Mexican restaurants....some great, some decent and then there's Hacienda.....the worst. Food was not even fair. I always order a chili relleno at a Mexican restaurant and there's is the thinnest saddest one I've ever seen. My plate had chips in it. The rice not good at all. And the guacemole had brown streaks in it from being out too long. The best things...the Pepsi was decent and served in a clean glass...good job guys.

We found this place to be not so great. Our first time there and one of the employees were rude! The sad part is we only delt with two employees. Very tense atmosphere. Parking lot was small. I will not be going back anytime soon. I'll try again in a few months to see if it any better.

I miss this place. We live in Maryland now snd nothing has compared to Hacienda. We visit and always come when were in.

First time we had been there, great service, great food, large portions also. We will be going back.
